Empowering Women Through Perimenopause and Menopause. Providing Psychological Therapy and Clinical Supervision for Psychologists.
Kristie is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor who supports women through perimenopause, menopause and post menopause transitions.
She works with clients experiencing low mood, anxiety, irritability, emotional overwhelm and cognitive fog, symptoms that can sometimes overlap with depression or burnout, and provides psychological assessment, therapy and supportive counselling tailored to this stage of life.
In addition to client care, Kristie provides clinical supervision and business mentoring to psychologists and other professionals, supporting reflective practice, case formulation, ethical decision making and sustainable career development. She may incorporate biofeedback brain training where appropriate to support self regulation and therapy progress.
Kristie owned and operated a group private practice in Nundah Village from 2006 to 2022 and now works in a focused private practice model to prioritise personalised, high quality care. Her experience spans corporate, government, hospital and private practice settings, and she has worked in private practice since 2006.

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Kristie's Approach
Kristie’s approach to client care is flexible, practical, and tailored to each individual. She develops a personalised psychological support plan based on each client’s needs, goals, and preferences, drawing from appropriate therapeutic approaches and techniques, either as a focused method or an integrated combination. By exploring how past experiences influence present patterns, she helps clients build insight and self awareness that supports meaningful growth and change. Her work aims to strengthen identity, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing.
Kristie's approach to clinical supervision is collaborative and supportive, providing a structured reflective space to discuss cases, ethical issues, and professional challenges. Individual supervision focuses on tailored guidance and skill development, while group supervision encourages shared learning and peer insight. Across both formats, she supports supervisees to build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and maintain ethical, sustainable practice.
